En una línea: Brasas del Caribe no existe. Este sitio es una demostración de trabajo de Ariel FyB Labs y no se puede reservar ni comprar nada aquí.
1. Qué es este sitio
Una pieza de portafolio para mostrar cómo Ariel FyB Labs diseña y programa sitios para restaurantes.
El restaurante, su carta, sus precios, su dirección y sus horarios son inventados. Las fotos vienen de bancos de imágenes y no muestran ningún local real. El nombre «Brasas del Caribe» es ficticio; si coincide con un negocio real, es casualidad y no hay relación de ningún tipo.
2. No hay nada a la venta ni reservable
El formulario de este sitio no crea ninguna reserva. Nadie te espera, nadie te va a llamar y no se genera ningún cobro. Los precios y horarios son de relleno.
3. Uso aceptable
Al usar el formulario te comprometes a no escribir datos de otra persona sin su permiso y a no usarlo para spam ni contenido ilegal u ofensivo. No escribas información sensible (cédula, tarjetas, contraseñas, datos de salud): no la necesitamos y, de hecho, ni siquiera nos llega.
4. Propiedad intelectual
El código, el diseño y la estructura son de Ariel FyB Labs. Puedes verlo y aprender de él (el repositorio es público), pero no revenderlo ni presentarlo como trabajo tuyo. Las fotografías pertenecen a sus autores.
5. Disponibilidad y garantías
El sitio se ofrece «tal cual». Puede caerse, tener errores o desaparecer sin aviso. No garantizamos disponibilidad ni ausencia de fallos.
6. Límite de responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, Ariel FyB Labs no responde por daños derivados del uso de este sitio de demostración.
7. Enlaces externos
Hay enlaces a Fiverr, GitHub, Cloudflare y WhatsApp. No controlamos esos servicios ni respondemos por su contenido ni por sus políticas.
8. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de República Dominicana, con jurisdicción en los tribunales de Santo Domingo.

In one line: Brasas del Caribe does not exist. This site is a work demonstration by Ariel FyB Labs and nothing here can be booked or bought.
1. What this site is
A portfolio piece showing how Ariel FyB Labs designs and builds sites for restaurants.
The restaurant, its menu, prices, address and opening hours are invented. The photographs come from stock libraries and show no real premises. The name "Brasas del Caribe" is fictional; any resemblance to a real business is coincidental and implies no connection of any kind.
2. Nothing is for sale or bookable
The form on this site creates no booking. Nobody is expecting you, nobody will call you, and no charge is generated. Prices and opening hours are placeholders.
3. Acceptable use
By using the form you agree not to enter another person's details without their permission and not to use it for spam or unlawful or offensive content. Do not enter sensitive information (ID numbers, card details, passwords, health data): we do not need it and in fact it never reaches us.
4. Intellectual property
The code, design and structure belong to Ariel FyB Labs. You may view it and learn from it (the repository is public), but not resell it or present it as your own work. Photographs belong to their authors.
5. Availability and warranties
The site is provided "as is". It may go down, contain errors or disappear without notice. We do not guarantee availability or absence of faults.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ariel FyB Labs is not liable for damages arising from the use of this demonstration site.
7. External links
There are links to Fiverr, GitHub, Cloudflare and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Governing law
